Come and share with other facilitators about your experiences with Foundations groups!
It has been a year since the rollout of the new EDI-focused workbook changes, and the revamping of sessions 5 and 6. Although the book will stay the same for the foreseeable future, facilitation is an organic process that shifts depending on our particular group and what we are cultivating for ourselves as facilitators. We will have some small- and large-group discussion and share tips, reflections and learnings, looking at things such as:
· how are you incorporating group interactivity?
· how are you coping with time pressures – what do you emphasize and what do you leave out?
· simulated STOPP: whether to use it, when and how
· what do patients seem most impacted by?
This kind of workshop can be claimed for CME credits as a Sec 1 unaccredited workshop (0.5 credits/hr) or Sec 2 Personal Learning Project (2 credits/hr) for specialists.
